Matthew has been in the Solar industry since 2009. He has sold and helped manage almost 1000 Residential, Commercial, Public, and Agricultural projects from 2kW to over 1.2mW here in the Willamette Valley. I have a very consultative approach to sales and really want customers to be educated on their investment. "I strive to make Pure Energy Group a family type atmosphere for our employees". I live South of Salem with my Wife , two sons, and of course my dog Reggie.

Jordan grew up on a hazelnut farm outside of Silverton. Went to Central Howell, Silverton HS and OSU for a bach. in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation in 2015, started in the renewable energy market and determined solar works well in OR, made sense financially and it became His passion. Jordan’s married to Kendra with 2 daughters Aria and Haley. Jordan's described as easy going, no pressure, educational and committed.

I am a native Oregonian born and raised in Jefferson, I graduated from Jefferson High School in 1989 and then Graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. I’m proud to be serving our local community in the electrical industry for over 30 years, designing electrical systems for projects like, Stubb Stewart State Park, Santiam Christian School, Camco Manufacturing and Downtown Albany street lighting. I started working in the Solar industry in 2007 and have designed over 1,500 systems all throughout Oregon. I enjoy designing and drawing Solar electric and battery systems while providing our customers with the highest quality, most reliable equipment on the market today.
My passions include Family time, worshipping with my church family, bow hunting in Easter Oregon, fishing at Diamond Lake, and Coaching Basketball at Crosshill Christian school. "GO EAGLES!".
Pure Energy Group is owned equally by Matthew Henderson, Travis Sheffield and Jordan Sinn, who all were born and raised in the Salem, OR, area. We want our company to “SCREAM LOCAL” and be plugged into the community. We built this company together after years of working in the energy industry and witnessing the lack of customer care that larger, high-overhead companies paid toward their Oregon neighbors. While other satellite companies can easily disappear from the state when times get tough, we are here to stay; this is our home, too, and we aren’t going anywhere!
